About Shinko & Associates
As a native of Upstate SC, Justin has called Greenville home for almost his entire life after his family relocated to the Upstate for his father’s job when he was less than a year old. Justin attended Greenville Tech where he studied Criminal Justice and is an avid year-round college sports fan taking in football, basketball, and baseball.Justin loves how much there is to do in the Upstate and is eager to share that with his clients and help them discover what makes living in this part of the country so enjoyable. Justin’s clients can always count on him to care for them just as he would a family member or close friend with honesty and relentless dedication to finding the perfect home.
Justin is focused on growing his real estate career, but when he is able to carve out time for quick a break, he indulges in one of many hobbies and outdoor activities and spends time with his two lab mix dogs. He enjoys fishing, kayaking, hiking, and hunting, and he collects sports memorabilia. In the last year, he has recently taken up Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Whatever your interests are, Justin can point you in the right direction to help you get connected as you settle into your new home in the Upstate!
